Complaint Upheld!

Just received a letter yesterday saying my PPI complaint was upheld for all the premiums and the interest on those premiums!
This result was better than expected as I was prepped to go to FOS or at best they may have paid a fraction of what was taken from me to try and fob me off.
They've already paid off most of my balance and whatever's leftover of my compensation is going to be received as a cheque in the post.
This has been a huge burden lifted off my shoulders and it's all thanks to this site for making me aware!
