Cleaning a Matt finish kitchen sink...watermarks!!

I have a Howdens own brand Kitchen sink in my flat- Made by Lamona I believe.

Yes its a cheap sink but whatever I do I cant seem to get the thing clean!! The draining board is always watermarked!!

Is this typical of all matt finish stainless sinks or just the cheap ones? Any ideas how to get rid of these marks? Have tried the normal kitchen sprays/ stainless steel cleaners with little results.

I'd replace it with a better one but I didnt realise there were so many different sizes available, am struggling to find a hard decent one in the correct size!

Any help appreciated!

I'm not sure what you mean by matt finish, we also have a Lamona sink. The stainless steel doors by the side of our oven are kept easily clean and streak free with a bit of baby oil on kitchen roll wiped over. When I do this I sometimes go over the sink with it too.
