Can i claim on endownment which was originally to support mortatage which has snice been settled. it wasfully paid up in 2003. this policy was lying in the bank which i did not remember about,

    What do you mean by "claim"? That is what you do when you meet the requirements for a claim which, for an endowment is death (yours) or maturity (the policy's).

    Obviously do not make the death claim yourself on your own policy.

    If you mean can you complain, on what grounds?

    A policy has to be in force to make a claim on it. Obviously you havent died. Did another policyholder?

    Or do you mean complaint? If so, you are timebarred as you have gone 6 years
