Have you updated the software for the modem? You will need to do so if it is an older modem.
You may need to install it on an XP machine and then upgrade the firmware/software.
Where do you intend to use this modem? Is it unlocked?0 -
All i want to do is plug and play not go hi-techie!!0

Every dongle I have had runs its own installer, however, if the software is updated, the dongle will only install what it already has.
I would contact Vodafone, check saynoto 0870 if they use one for their support, to ask for a download link for the latest software for the dongle you have.0 -
