    it is possible by using the electrol register to find a phone number even if ex directory.

    a professional criminal gang will employ staff to just do this.

    you give your name and DOB and one of these gangs can get your full address, phone numbers, bank details etc.

    have you not heard of ID theft and the need to shred as much personal information you have and no longer need.
