Hello
I currently connect to the internet using a dongle (tmobile)
I would like to start using the Touchpad. I realise its wifi and not wifi and 3G however I read on this forum its possible to connect
http://forum.maplin.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=397&p=3099&hilit=Hp+touchpad#p3099
I have a manual however cannot see the list and have also phoned up the helpline who were unable to provide any information.
Also a MSE'r had mentioned that I could use my phone for a wifi connection. How do I do this? Just switch to wifi? I tried but it showed me my neighbours connections.
Thanks in advance for any help. I just thought i'd explore all options before buying a mifi device

For now the HP is a nice mirror lol

you want a mifi device not a usb dongle. loads of networks sell them and they work exactly the same as a usb dongle but you connect to them via wifi instead of USB.
you would also be able to use it for your computer and touchpad at the same time (providing your computer has wifi)
3 mifi0 -
Thanks very much. Getting a wireless pointer from T-mobile
works out cheaper than my dongle per month too
