ps - bare in mind that if the bungalow is detached with the possiblilty of extending then familes are increasingly finding them popular, if my lovely magazines are anything to go by!May GC - £100 per week

It is not just elderly people looking for bungalows. We have been looking for one (rental) for a long time because my daughter who is only 24 has mobility issues and we wanted a property without stairs.
We found that they were being snapped up very quickly, and we just happened to phone at the right time to be the first people to look round this one and we had to say yes within 10 minutes of being there, as there were other people waiting outside for their viewing :eek:
