Part exchange my property

Hi

Does anyone know if I can part-exchange my flat in Edinburgh for say a Barratt home but get a BLT mortgage on it rather than a residential mortage?

    the 2 issues are not related
    the part exchange would simply determine how much cash money you have to pay Barratt to buy it

    how you fund that payment (mortgage) is irrelevant to the fact you have part exchanged

    Not so much, as it's in Scotland (where leasehold tenure rarely applies).
