Diet Buddies

Now that the New Year dreaded diets have started for all of those of us who have been on a mad pig-out I wondered whether instead of joining an expensive Slimming Club anyone would be interested in a Diet Support Thread - we could post our starting and goal weights and daily food consumption along with recipe and diet tips etc...? (Not sure whether this is a suitable money saving topic for this forum but thought might be good?)

I would join in with you, much easier to lose weight with the support of others, but paying £5/week for a slimming club is too much for me,so often do nothing about it!

I can see why you'd want to do it with people you 'know' but it's nowt to do with becoming debt-free though, it it?
