Cheapest landline for calling mobiles on weekdays

Hi,
This is a question on behalf of my mum who is currently on Sky Talk Unlimited which gives free landline-landline calls. BUT it charges 10.21p (daytime) and 6.12p (evening) for mobile calls. Her last phone bill was as follows:
£12 line rental
£5 "unlimited" package landline-landline
£22.69 calls to mobiles (41 calls)
£0.00 landline calls (national calls 21, local calls 41)
£1.55 calls to 08,09 numbers.
Total £41.49
This is not an unusual bill for her. She is not keen on using an overrider, but would simply like a landline contract that offers cheaper calls to mobiles on weekdays (she's often not at home on weekends), and obviously good value landline calls.
Martin Lewis' blog post on this topic suggests the Post Office but they only offer free mobile calls on the weekends, and the weekday tariffs for mobiles are more than Sky: 13.28p and 8.17p.
Is there a way around this problem?
Look forward to your replies.

I've never used TT and they seem to attract quite a few horror stories but these boosts appear to match your Mum's requirements.0
