Hi All
I made a PPI complaint for an on line application made, but MBNA have rejected this stating that I ticked the box before i proceeded. I dont remember doing this and wondered if anyone had any advice on how to proceed?

Hi and welcome
That's the think with online purchases, its highly likely that it was an opt out, so it was already pre-ticked and many assumed the PPI was all part of the package, and yet its also been known that the application would not go any further if ppi was not ticked for.
If this is the final decision and they have not given the opportunity to write with further information, then make that complaint to the FOS, they will take everything you tell them into consideration.
Good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

You need to submit the FOS form with your complaint. In theory you could provide a copy but with the last page signed again but they do need the form.0 -
