Help I'm Confused!

Need some help working out who to send my miss sold questionnaire to!

Loan was from First National while it was part of Abbey National and arranged by Anglian Windows. We were not given an option of not having the PPI, even though we we're both self employed and would not be covered for loss of income.

I have the documents for the insurance which says the insurance is underwritten by Commercial Union Underwriting Ltd and CGU Life Assurance Ltd.

Do I complain about the miss selling to First National as the loan company or the insurance company?

PPI Success :- Egg Card - £ 8471.84 ~ HFC Loan - £ 8312.67 ~ Halifax Loan - £ 334.67 :D
DFD ~ Jan 2019  Christmas 2014 fund ~ £ 150 / £ 500

    Hi and welcome

You send to the ones who sold you the account, so in your case the broker, not the insurer.;)
    Good luck.

Thanks, think this might be the first of many questions! Have several loans and card agreements with PPI included even though we've been self employed for years.
