Does anybody else get this?

I was doing the Regularly Updated TAB mags thread and while entering the Take a Puzzle I accidentally clicked on Issue 3 instead of Issue 4 and there were no answers recorded. I checked back on the thread, saw that I had already thanked the post for Iss 3 so I would assume I had entered it. Out of curiosity I checked others I had thanked previously and lo and behold no answers were recorded for those either. When entering I always get the bit that says your answers have been recorded but now I'm wondering if I am actually being entered
