you could take them to all the pleasant CSA's in the country and still have some left over!:D:D
10 wouldn't be enough for the decent CSA's I've met.

Unfortuneately its the sad few bad ones that stick in ones mind and colour ones view of the company as a whole, particularly those at HO.

Agree entirely (surely a first in this thread ;) )
Staff in nearest Tesco to us are delightful, helpful and polite and have never once given us a problem with r&r or any other query.
CS in Tesco in next town the other day was the complete opposite and spoilt the good service given by the others.

Deedee, I agree with your earlier post that the press may be VERY interested in this change of policy.

Can't see we serial R&Rers have got anything to lose now as the policy seems to be changing for definite......so can anyone post some links to the relevant email addresses for the national newspapers? We could all email our thoughts on the reasons for the policy change and give some examples of the terrible misprice clangers we've noticed to date.

Now that would be a laugh next week, to see it mentioned in the papers.

Even if some papers pick up on the fact that there has...allegedly...been some 'abuse' by some customers there is no getting away from the fact that we couldn't have done it if it had not been for the widespread overcharging.

P.S. Thanks Mr T....it was fun while it lasted :T
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I thought it changed on the 19th, even though boards have gone up today about DTD (double the difference)?

I have been on the receiving end of this although not as a tesco employee, and the first thing they do is give you a call and ask you for your side of the story whatever that may be. I tend to find that trading standards are not there as the consumers champion, but an arbitration service. I am not sure you will ever get the result you actually set out to achieve.
    I had a plan..........its here somewhere.

Agree with you completely there - Arbitration is spot on, in my experience.

Wouldn't Martin be the best person to take this forward or make noises to his journalists friends?
One hundred years from now it won't matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much money I had in the bank, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little better because, I was important in the life of a child.
  • Bit of rumour control for y'all - got to see the brief today.

26th is the date (not the 19th as has often been mentioned).

Double the difference is the deal.

CSD board to be over stickered rather than replaced.

Long overdue clarification on the Bulk Buy policy (essentially, there no longer is one, with a few exceptions).

    Didn't take a photo...but then, I don't tend to make things up ;)
