Hi there,not sure of the address,but it could be right,if anyone knows then they will post i am sure.

You do not need to send a covering letter if you have filled the questionnaire in,there is space on there to put what you need to,if you want to add more then put this as a seperate letter, otherwise no.

hi tony,

i rang lombard when i made my claim in June this year and thats the address they gave me to write to as well. Got a std will look into letter back within 16 weeks so am still waiting

where do you get the questionnaire from??
