I ordered 2 of the drinks bottles from play, they were pre-order with stock expected 5th Nov, obviously I'm still waiting too.

showing as in stock on the website - perhaps contact them incase of a "computer error" (read "mis-price they won't be honouring").

I did think that myself, but the ones in stock are being sold by pricerighthome, the ones on offer were on sale from play direct..

I have emailed them quoting the order number, will let you know if i get a reply....

I jusst want to know one way or the other as these are on offer £7.65 and i do want the item, so i wont be paying £11.20 to play but will get from debenhams if still in stock.

I got a dispatch email on the 8th Nov for the Drinks bottle, but haven't received it yet - placed my order on the 22nd Oct. It's being delivered to my workplace, so should hopefully have it when I go in on Tuesday. Have you contacted Play to find out what the delay is?

I ordered mine on the 22nd, dispatched on the 8th, money taken out but not arrived yet. Bit worried as I ordered the Rio dvd which was sent on the 8th as well and it came on the Thursday!

Hiya we have ordered. The first one the outer box damaged and ripped. On Saturday I refused the next one the Lego was open and loose with again the packing poor. I am hoping they get there act together have more ordered.

I ordered a the police station a couple weeks ago from toys r us and the packaging was terrible. Came in just a courier bag so the box got flattened and bits started falling out. Luckily I coud exchange mine instore. Companies should think about how they package things as surely the cost to replace and resend things outweighs any savings they were trying to make.
