Lego City "The Mine" (4204) - £69.99 down to £54.99. 20% discount code can be found here so should bring it down to £43.99.

Sold out for home delivery, I wish I had a printer and I'd get it in store!
Series 3-6 Lego mini figures £1 at B&M.

Series 3 & 6 :) I managed to get to 2 B&M stores yesterday, would have tried another today but OH would kill me.
  • Local library should have a printer and computers. Shouldn't cost anymore than 20p a print out.

I forgot my voucher last time the 20% was on and the staff had a couple that they were handing out. HTH.

Our libraries must be super unionised or something, because they're not open on Sundays. Which is odd, because it's when a lot of people are often off work!

I wish I hadn't read this after I got back from town :D

Got a good batch of Series 8 Minifigures today, including two of the display boxes for them, which is a handy freebie.

Oi, don't be knocking the unions, some of us wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for the fact they are members of a union. I promised myself I'd join a union after my previous jobs as I didn't like the way they treated me. I wouldn't mind, my first employers were nuns as well. Would you believe it. Never again! Helps also when your employer tries to bully you as well.

I no it's frustrating to find your library closed on a Sunday though this is probably more to do with local authority funding. Though saying that, we all deserve more time off.

    I do sympathise otherwise.

Tempted to see if I can find an Argos store with a full box of minifigures :D

Hello...was just wondering if there was a good deal on this? Thanks

It was a lighthearted joke about the unavailability of my local library, not a vicious attack on unionised labour ;)

I'm not a member of a union, but I have absolutely nothing against those who are and think that they have an important role to play in defending the rights of workers.

I think so. Worked out at £79.60 for 60 figures at Argos, plus I got 3% cashback through my credit card. £1.29? a pop.
  • My apologies ed, been listening too much to talk radio. Get a lot of union bashing on there if you see what I mean. Though not from everyone.

Having spent the last 3 years in the public sector in one way or another, I've seen both sides of the coin (the rabid union members and the idiots who would like to see unions banned). Don't worry about it :)
