are the figures on here genuine ones or printed as my partner bought a superman one off ebay and it was printed and my son was not impressed that it had yellow skin lol

Bricklink is the definitive source of individual Lego parts throughout the world, really, so I'd be surprised if it were rife with fakes, although can't rule it out. Ebay sellers often make 'custom' figs to sell, which may be what your partner bought, but there's no facility for that on BL as everything's sold according to its Lego serial number.

EDIT: I've just checked ebay for 'Lego Superman' and the first listing in indeed "custom superhero Lego, machine printed"... Type 'Superman' into BL and they're all the new, licensed ones with flesh tone skin, rather than yellow.

You can list customs for sale on bricklink.

If you check the advanced search page, http://www.bricklink.com/searchAdvanced.asp, then you can search customs only.

ooh rite ok great must of been a machine printed one then, wont be showing my son the site you suggested though or i'll end up on the bankrupt board lol he's only 4 but he knows exactly what he wants.:rotfl:
  • You can buy Captain Rex here on Bricklink, although he's a bit pricey . Cheaper than buying the whole set though!

Thanks for the link, I had looked and considered it but as you say its still pricey and something in my mind cant seem to justify paying that for one figure !

will see who wins this battle ;)
