Lego Harbour 4645 at £39.99 at Argos to collect (seems to be 1 at many stores I checked for stock but oos for delivery, so maybe a discontinued item?).

    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search/searchTerms/LEGO+HARBOUR+4645.htm

Amazon have also price matched at £39.99.

I also got an email on monday morning from Argos to say the Kings Castle was back in stock, but if they did have any, they had all gone within 20 minutes of the email being received.

WH Smiths have them out. Voucher available form the discounts board gets you 7 for £12.42.

(I saw a list of stockists which includes Tesco and Sainsbury's, John Lewis, WH Smiths, Argos, Toys R Us and Smyths. I'm looking for where I saw the list and can't find it now!)

    Thanks for the voucher.

I just went to WHSmith on my lunch break to get some They had a price label on them at £1.99 when scanned they came up at £2.49.

I pointed out the error they reduced them down to £1.99

And then i gave them the £5 off voucher. Thanks WHSimths i got 8 for £10.92.

As soon as the cheakout lady had done the transaction she ripped the £1.99 sticker of the GB Lego holder. :rotfl:

So basically greedy whsmiths are charging over the rrp, that is just plain wrong!
I have to say, I only buy from them when there is a good voucher deal or glitch because everything is priced higher than in other stores.
Just because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:

I was just lucky with the wrong pricing. :rotfl:But Smiths are greedy as I had a look at the lego sets in there and they were typically 35% higher than the RRP.

So even with there BOGOHP the lego was more expensive than the RRP

    I've been Money Tipped! Newshound!
WH Smith just rip you off. They inflate all their prices and then dish out vouchers so people think they are getting a good deal when probably they are just getting stuff for the price it is elsewhere. I looked at the Lego Hogwarts game which is £24.99 everywhere else but £34.99 in WH Smith - IMO that is daylight robbery!!!
