Hmm, I ordered at £8.99 but no email confirmation or anything received and it adds to basket at £26.99 if I try it now, hoping I haven't missed out

Don't worry - when I phoned, it had all gone through correctly.

On my order status it shows subtotal as £97.37 but order total as £46.72. I hope they don't charge the higher amount

Someone on HUKD just said they had had a cancellation email! _pale_
Others saying it has been backordered - stock was waiting to be processed.

Hope is the latter as ordered a couple of other bits - sets of lego playing cards at 99p each and the Burrow but don't want them on their own! Was only ordering for future birthdays/xmas and to minimise postage cost.

Just looked at account and my subtotal is higher but total is correct - will be checking to make sure only £8.99 charged to card.
I will be cancelling the whole order if they can't supply the Toyshop.

Hopefully they're just cancelling people who ordered loads (someone on HUKD ordered 20 for e.g.)

Logged into my order history and it says 'backordered', discounted price still shows though so fingers crossed.

I've had out of stock email for Toy Shop but says it will be shipped later (not cancelled) and my card charged when it ships. I then had second email re credit card charge and that had all items on there.

Ordered confirmed for the Toy Shop at the lower price, seems the emails take a while to come through!

I've just phoned the lego helpline to query my toyshop backorder email. The chap said that it is now out of stock (even though you can still add it to your basket online) and could not tell me when/if they will get more stock and, would not guarantee that my order won't get cancelled later on. I had ordered some other small items along with the toyshop so got him to confirm that if the toyshop order isn't fulfilled, I can return them and get a full refund including P&P, and free returns postage.

I wanted to check the HUKD thread to see what else has been said there but cannot find it now, even though I accessed it this morning. Anyone else having this trouble? Perhaps Lego have requested its removal!
