Hi
It's just over 8 weeks since I received a letter from these companies stating that they were investigating and could take upto 16 weeks to investigate?
The letter has a number I can phone to get an update?
Do you think I should phone to see how they are progressing, I've read other posts on here stating they haven't had any contact even after 16 weeks, will there be any harm in phoning them?
Thanks
Chock

Hi there, there will be no harm in phoning, but i would leave it a while longer.
The banks have huge backlogs and they may not tell you anything anyway.0
