How long is a piece of string :rotfl: at the moment they have backlogs to deal with, just hang on in there.
  • Thanks, it has taken me nearly 2 years to get this.......I did think they had a timescale to get cheques out albeit it doesn't say anything on the letter..... still its a result anyway.... Happy days....

  • Well done
I received my letter on 25th July and still waiting for payment!
Gave them a ring this morning and was told about the backlog and they couldn't tell me a time scale when to expect payment. So guess its just a waiting game now, which is really frustrating.
  • Well i have chased them again and have been told they are two weeks behind... Obviously interest will be calculated from the date of the letter for the actual amount received will be different to the one offered in the letter. The nice gentleman in customer services choked on his coffee when I mentioned this to him. I informed him that If i haven't received a cheque within the next week, I will inform the ombs. and go ahead with court proceedings...:T
