hi all i am a now ex scottish power customer, but leaving is proving to be a pain in the backside

2 weeks ago i got an incorrect final statement (i am on prepay) for my electric, showing i owed money, i queried it, got told i was due a refund- that never materialised

last night i came home to same thing for my gas, saying i owed £43 on prepay- i never used emergency credit so how can i owe? and sending me a payment slip to pay- when if anything it is me that is owed

i had nothing but problems with s.p when i was with them and now it is same story when i leave, going to have to spend another dinner break at work trying to sort this out :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

hi i have phoned up just after posting the first post, turns out it was approx £40 i was owed  the electric final amount i have been waiting for was apparently wrong, so i have asked for the call at that time to be traced and the amount owed to me on the gas to be sent out, lets hope i have a bit more luck this time
