Been on the market for 6 months,no offers.the home report frm then has valued it at 140000
I asked the owner how much they wanted, they said 135000.

What's the place worth to you? Don't trust their valuations, it's had no offers in 6 months, they're clearly wrong.
Think what the place is worth to you, deduct what it will cost to correct any serious problems your surveyor finds, and offer a bit less than that, knowing that ritual alone means you make a lowball offer, then add a bit, then a teeensy bit more.
But remember their valuation is clearly wrong, or it would have sold already.0 -
watchboy is preparing to spam judging by his other postsLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0
