5. An independent person will make the draw.

6. The draw is only open to UK residents over 18 years of age but not employees or their families of Ski Club of Great Britain their agents or anyone connected with the draw.

7. No purchase necessary.

8. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries.

9. Only one entry per person allowed.

10. Please note that all other travel arrangements including (but not limited to) international flights, travel to and from UK airport are the responsibility of the winner.

11. All other expenses but not limited to additional room costs, meals, beverages, airport fees and incidentals to be settled by the prize winner.

12. Travelers should ensure any required Visas, travel insurance, permissions, conditions of travel are met.

13. There is one winter sports holiday to be won. The holiday must be taken by 31st March 2012. The prize is not transferable and once booked, dates, names cannot be changed. Certain black-out dates apply (winner will be notified before time of booking) and all dates are subject to availability.

14. The promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellation of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prize-winner or their guest to take up the prize. The promoter reserves the right to suspend, change or terminate the competition at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

15. No cash alternative in whole or part will be offered for the prize
