Problems with thegamecollection

Ordered 2 games on 14th December from https://www.thegamecollection.net for christmas presents. One turns up on 21st December with an invoice slip with both games printed on it but the one that was missing was crossed out. Tried to ring them (they don't pick up and don't have an answering service), tried emailing them, no response.
Am now in the process of writing to them to try and get a refund (after a phone call to trading standards), if I don't get any response from the second letter I plan to send them then I am pursuing it through the small claims court. After posting this on another forum it seems that i'm not the only one. Beware!

Had a phone message yesterday afternoon, they are going to refund my debit card finally!!! Wouldn't order from them again though.0
