hp touchpad problems

Hi all I got one of the cheap 32gb pads but I cant get mine to connect to skype ,I can connect on my pc and my mobile but nothing happens on the touchpad just keeps saying signing in ,using wi fi on my router.Also I cant connect my htc desire though bluetooth anyone else got these problems

Can't help directly but as a long time web OS user ( phones) I can recommend the support service through the HP website .
Also I would recommend Precentral website .
You may find someone there who can talk you through the process on the forum ( or use search to see if any solution already posted).

First thing to make sure is that you're on webOS 3.0.2 - on the furthest right pages of apps look for software update or similar.0
