Hi all - don't know if I'm on the right board, or if this should be on the phones board - mods feel free to move if necessary!
Basically, my Blackberry Curve 3G won't load from switch on. The Blackberry logo appears on switch on, the load bar shows it loading and fills, but then nothing else happens. I've tried switch off/on, removing battery/cards etc and have cleaned battery contacts but with no joy. Anyone got any ideas?? Plleeeeese!!

Call up your Mobile Phone Operator (o2,orange,t-mobile etc) and get tech support from them. Failing that: run it down to where you got it from, and get them to have a look at it.If at first you don't succeed; do something else.0 -

Thanks both - I did call the mobile operator and they told me the same i.e. back up & reinstall the software and to return it to the shop I got it from - oh well, looks like I'll be without it for a bit! Just thought someone may have had an easy remedy - no such luck :sad:0 -
OK, so phone has suddenly decided to start working again - it was suggested that I just put it on charge for 30 mins - so the easy remedy worked!:j0

Reinstalling the software should be enough. No more than 30 minutes. You can take it back to the shop if you want to do so.0
