My 3 orders arrived today and I've been charged for delivery on them all with this printed on the invoices:
**delivery has been added as order value below threshold excluding exempt items (stamps)
Try our free E-Billing platform blah blah blah.
Two came to £3.71 and the 3rd £3.65.
Why not let people know about the "threshold" before adding it and sending out the orders?0 -

My order was £30 and I had the same message, they didn't let me know about adding the delivery either

To be fair to Viking
, the postage threshold is on the order page (think it is £30) and I think that we all knew that the free delivery code was "hit and miss". I am presuming that you got your free chocs? 0 -
My order was over the £30 and they still charged me x0

Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -
