    With distance sellign over web - even if you accept the order on doorstep you have 7 days to notify company you are canceling the whole order -they then have to take it back at your expense but you get the cost of order and postage back.
    Found that out here and had postage back form QVC - but the WHOLE order has to go back - not just part of it.
    Howver you pay postage to return - as chocs would be heavy - never refused anything on doorstep before so can't comment.
