I'm not surprised she was annoyed, and it is fairly obvious the company is taking a bath on it.

First rule of a glitch - DONT RING EM AND TELL EM IT ISN'T WORKING - you take a chance before you order that it might not happen - if you don't want to take the chance, don't place the order.

All it does it shorten the life of the deal, and may mean they don't deliver them all.

Well my Paypal cleared ok:

Full price of order was £6.83 but when it cleared they did free postage so final total was £3.35.

Mine said it was delivered today yesterday, so I think it just assumes the expected delivery date.

ok so just rang tesco credit card and they say 23p has been taken from my account by viking, yipee

now just wondering can they take the p&p later or is that it, just have to wait and see what happens and if choccies arrive

Put an order through yesterday with Paypal and i didn't get charged delivery. It showed yesterday but today the price less postage is showing on my Paypal account. So it seems to be working for some and not others....

For those who have already received their deliveries:
Did it come on the date it says in the email? My email said it would arrive on the 30th, and I ordered 7.45pm yesterday, whereas others ordered the day before and got theirs yesterday or today. Is the delivery date just a "will arrive before" kind of thing, or the actual date?

Can't find my emails but it says on website that orders before 18.00 are delivered next day - mine come next morning without fail before 9am.
