You don't need to phone them, just set up a new account or retrieve your password. If they weren't aware of the glitchiness of this already then that could be why they weren't as friendly as you expected.

Just reading your post carefully have you just told them your trying to take advantage of a glitch on this forum?? It seems so if they said everyone is lying, how do they know about everyone.

Just opened account for our local group and ordered some stuff - put chocs in and added the free code for postage - paid by paypal so will see if still working.

Well tried everything but still no joy !
Woman rang me and said anyone ordering will be charged delivery -she was pretty nasty -put phone down on her as she was going on and on about what a scam it all was !

I then placed a seperate order and used paypal again £3.71 but used a free delivery code.

How do you know if the free delivery code works?

Free delivery didn't go through for me, but the way I see it I got a box of chocs for the delivery price which is still cheaper than asda/tesco. I'm still happy with my bag and printer ink that was cheaper than tesco. And actually in stock.

i am about to do my order it says postage is £2.90 and vat is 60 pence is this right??

Just logged into my account and it says it was delivered today. However, nothing has come today. Anyone else had this problem?

I ordered this afternoon, to the Business site, and PPal has been charged just 23p.

However, I did not get delivery of either order I made yesterday, and only one of these has been completed through paypal.

It is fairly obvious that the RETAIL side of Viking know nothing about the Free Delivery that the BUSINESS unit have sent out a code for.

SO make sure you order on the BUSINESS site and it should work!!

And when you call, call up the BUSINESS site too!!

With Paypal it says Viking Direct £?.?? PENDING - that will include the postage
IF the postage is taken off it will show later when the transaCtion iwll be shown as COMPLETED - and may have the £2.90 taken off!
