silly question....but how can you tell whether you opened a 'business' or standard customer account?

Yay, just got delivery of 2 of my 3 orders but my 'expensive' 2 hole pencil sharpener, 29p, is missing from one box!

Says 'free delivery' on the invoices too. What a fab deal....many thanks to OP's and all who helped with this. :T

Received my address labels and chocs this afternoon, was charged delivery when I paid with card but no delivery taken on invoice :j

I chanced an order today, if they charge postage I can always refuse delivery. Good spot op.

Yeah, I was putting in the amount - I've given up trying to get it now! Tried everything - even opened a second account with a different e-mail address just in case, but same story. I can put it in my basket (along with my other item) and it tells me "1 in stock" - then I log in and suddenly it now says it is out of stock (saying "insufficient stock") and giving me an option of adding to another order when back in.

If I am already logged in and try to add it, it automatically tells me it is out of stock and again offering me to add it to another order when back in.

Just out of interest - has anyone in NI been successful? Maybe it's only available on mainland ?!
