  • brilliant find op! my work put on a halloween party for kids at the local centre (mostly underprivildged homes) so we've all done two orders each. this year the kids will have much nicer sweets than the usual 10p bag of haribo each! better yet its all stuff we would buy anyway. ive got a messenger bag, some pads and a load of other stationery. split into two orders which is great. thanks op!

Had a call from a nice lady at Viking Direct, she said the delivery code isnt valid and they don't offer free delivery.

She asked if I wanted to cancel my order but I told her I still wanted it, don't mind paying £6.50 for A4 notepad, big tin of chocs, a 2011/12 diary and some wipes for my computer delivered :)
Shame I missed out on it but still happy with what Ive got from this promotion :)
  • but the code has worked for everyone else? when did they ring you and when did you place the order?

  • my paypal account says viking direct £8.39 completed, then if i click on the little + icon it comes up with another viking order saying £11.98 in progress???.

the £11 was the total before they deduct the free delivery. has anyone else had this? dont want to be charged the £11 aswell as the £8!!

I reckon the free delivery is on the business account, rather than the retail one ? can anyone confirm they have had free delivery on the retail site? the difference is tha you get charged VAT on the items on the business site, and they may make larger purchases justifying the free delivery.

Yes I think you're right. I got free delivery using the business account.

I'm sure that was said on the other thread about the laptop bags.
