It's about being fair and reasonable. It's about starting something with honest intentions, then having your circumstances change and then asking a company to make a reasonable act and being ignored.

Everyone else in this thread has been perfectly polite and civil. Would you be this rude to someone you had just met in real life? You are coming across as a boorish man. If you can't be civil and speak to me as you would in person then please don't pollute my thread any further, thank you.

I can in theory see why you think it is valid to be paid but I am more on the side of thr company enforcing their own policies in this instance where you are asking them to change a policy. I expect the policy is in place to control profit from £15 worth of surveys to you versus their bank charge to make a payment to you.

Inflexibilty seems to be built into the survey industry when dealing with survey respondents. I think you will be better to learn a lesson and not waste any more of your valuable time chasing for the payment.

Maybe you can be satisfied with knowing I will not ever join the company you describe on the basis of your dealings with themand your description of their poor customer service.
