Thanks GemJar:) its funny because I'm going to Republic tomorrow and was thinking they might have what I'm looking for, these ones are nice but with no fishtail and not baggy enough, they're still not quite right, I'm going to have a trawl in TK Maxx tomorrow as well:)

Mint Velvet are instore in House of Fraser. Nice stuff, not particularly cheap.

Can't say I'd be keen to attempt it myself, but would you customise a hood by adding your own fur detail?

There is a parka here on the River Island Site

It has fur on the hood (looks really cosy) and the fishtail too

This is probably the nicest one I've seen Bronnie so well done, I was thinking exactly the same about the fur around the hood I am pretty good at sewing so it wouldnt take much, it doesnt look like I'm going to have an option anyway, I just cant find one that ticks all the boxes:mad: TK Maxx was rubbish yesterday, I bought conditioner and a pair of Vera Wang Pjs (£15, bargain;)) but no coat, we searched the other shops but nothing. Is House of Fraser and Debenhams the same thing?

This is a lovely coat, I got really excited when I saw this in store yesterday and virtually ran too it:o However in reality its very heavy and dark, its not what I'm looking for but I kind of wish it was:undecided - thanks though:)

I asked because Debenhams were looking to buy House of Fraser some time ago but I didn't know if it had been finalised, Debenhams share prices dropped considerably at the time, I just had a quick google and it would appear this never happened.
