A challenge for the fashionistas

I have been looking for a particular type of coat for ages now and having no luck so I thought I would turn to my lovely fellow msers for some advice:D
Here what I want
A Parka style coat/jacket but .......
1. It should be made of a very light weight fabric preferably with a satin finish.
2. It must be flowing and baggy not fitted.
3. It must have a fish tail, the longer the better.
4. I would like a light colour.
5. It should have a fake fur trim on the hood at least.
So I don't want much do I;) one more thing, I would like it to be as cheap as possible but I will pay a bit more for the perfect coat as I'm good with clothes and keep stuff for years and if possible I would like to buy online as I live in the sticks, I do have the usual high street shops within reasonable driving distance but not Primark thats about 45 miles away:(
Thanks for any help:)

Hi Glowgirl,
have you had a look at his site?
http://www.overstock.com/Clothing-Shoes/Parkas/12740/subcat.html
it's not the cheapest- but they are the only place I've managed to find something a bit different - am currrently lusting after a full length DKNY parka on there- given how cold the last couple of winters have been I may well invest as it's had great reviews!
MrsWoolfe
ETA- I don't consider myself a fashionista as such ( perhaps an aspiring one lol!) just thought that might help:)If you're afraid of the big bad Woolfe....beware of the Mrs!:rotfl:

Hard to find the lighter weight silky ones with the fur trim tbh. Bit of a contradiction I suppose as the fur trim equates to warm and cosy which isn't really what you're looking for.
I did do a search on www.shopstyle.co.uk, but didn't throw up anything that satisfied all your criteria!0 -

Ahh yes, I agree but my reasons are much more shallow;) I just like how it looks with the fur and like the flow of silky fabric, warm and cosy comes in the form of my car and thermals which I'll worry about later:D Thanks though Bronnie, another fasion site I didnt know about to add to my now groaning folder:oThank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
I agree, re the look, just meant in the minds of most of the "affordable" manufacturers/retailers !
www.shopstyle.co.uk is a really useful site and my first port of call when I'm looking for anything specific now. Type in the details and refine the search by price etc.0 -
