I wish to open a paypal account and want to know the difference between a Personal one and a Premier one.
The info states that Premier is suitable for buying and selling and Personal for buying, does that mean that you cannot sell/ receive money with a personal one?
Also as a newbie are the criteria for opening the same for both types of account.

You can but i think you can only accept a couple of credit card payments before you have to upgrade anyway.
I only had a personal one and all fine, But then i sold a few items and it said i needed to upgrade to accept the payment for one of my items because the buyer had used a credit card.
Been a long time since i read all the terms and conditions though.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
