Cancelled a magazine subscription - annual saving £12
Had a free evening meal- leftover shep pie from last week that I froze

I had a no spend day, I have just switched my gas and electric (yes, through Quidco) and have got the OH some figures for how much he could save if he switches (will have to set him up a Quidco account!).
Oh and I sent a letter cancelling one of my Credit Cards... OK, I transferred it all over to a low life of balance card but at least I didn't keep it and spend on it!Debt free date - June 2008 :T :T :T0 -
i have cancelled window cleaner, used things that have lingered in the cupboard to make a meal, i also only put 20p in parking machine instead of 40p even though i normally do and activity at leisure centre is 45 mins, just incase i might get chatting to someone for extra 15 mins :rotfl: every little helps!!:T0

Just ordered two books i wanted from the book people, both in sale, got a free children's annual,and free postage using a code from the codes and vouchers thread.
Total spent £8.99 for three books and postage:T
Also just listed 4 books on amazon, so may make this money back soon.

Had to go to A&E (thanks for scaring me lots and lots GP) and instead of paying lots of money for the hospital car park, we parked in the golf club one next door and paid less... LOL money saving at the time of a potential crisis!Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0
