I went for a coffee which my mum paid for and I took extra milk and sugar portions home. I put £170 in the bank towards my wedding and bid on a gothy wedding dress on ebay which at the moment is about £200 cheaper than in the shops.

Got the money back my sister owed me, bought one of those food drying things to reduce waste and what we spend on dried fruit (which the kids have instead of sweets. Did corned beef stew with half the meat I usually put in but more barley, carrots, peas, potatoes etc which is cheaper and better for us.
One day I might be more organised...........

    Bit more to report:

    50p earned on Pigsback clicks

Statement for a forgotten savings account arrived. Phoned to close it and will receive a cheque for the stunning sum of £3.64 shortly. Although, as I'm currently pulling in a penny in interest every month, maybe I should leave it? :rotfl:
 What if the hokey cokey is what it's all about?

I was home sick today, but managed to make a huge pot of soup which is very soothing and yummy. It's the cabbage soup recipe that is all over the internet that is supposed to make you lose weight, only I added beans and rice to give it some substance. Well *I* like it, anyway. My husband thinks it's vile!

Today I took a packed lunch to work and posted my referral link for Archerfish on the referral board. Not had any luck with these referral links lately though.
  • I didn't buy anything from the kitchen at work (I normally buy at least one bar of chocolate, packet of crisps and a can of pop each day)
