Relax and don't panic, these morons have no power whatsoever except to ask you to pay a debt you do not owe, their pet solicitor Graham White is a name they use. He rents his name to them to try and intimidate.

Its all part of the same chain, you don't need to talk to them but if you do just deny any debt and tell them to pass it back to the originators!

I'm curious how they got a mobile number. Landline I can understand but not mobile.

Well done on following advice. I think vax2000 may have over-reacted a bit, as you have been following advice up to now.

Do you normally call someone based on an unsolicited text message from an unknown person/caller? If so, more fool you.

Same advice as before. If they call again, tell them that the debt is denied and should be passed back to its originator, and any further communications from them will be treated as harrassment and notified to the apporpriate authorities.

There are plenty of threads on this forum with the same story as you, and all with the same advice.

hayley,, i have a house full of loo paper from,,the clowns,,excell then ,,roxburghe and then the infamous morons,,,,graham white (not) solicitors(note the same address,its just the next desk in reality),,,,,they aim to part you from your money by scaring you,, do not,, i repeat do not pay them one penny,, its all a con,,they will do absolutely nothing,, they dont do court,,why???,,,because they know they will lose,,look up ,,watchdog/parking charge notice,,i wish they would take me to court,,but they will not,, now relax,,feet up,, ignore all threat o grams ,,if they persist in calling,,answer the phone,,dci smith,,fraud office or better still ,,ignore completely,,do not let them scare you they are bullies,clowns,scum,dross whatever word you can use,,please do not worry.
