Somehow I have managed to get rid of one of my toolbars, in which I was able to click on "This is Spam" to add spam to my banned list.
Anyone got any ideas how to get it back?

Not sure if thats a standard outlook toolbar, but any way right in the free space of one of your toolbars at the top of your screen and then left click the tool bar you need0

Thanks for the response - I had tried that but the correct toolbard did not come up - there was definitely a part of the toolbar which could be pressed and which stated "this is spam" which then deleted the spam from that particular incoming box and at the same time added it to the list of banned spam.
Also, my "Send and Receive" does not automatically commence when I open Outlook, which it did previously.
Any ideas anyone?0 -
Might be worth a try and do a system restore, to an earlier date when you knew it was working0

Oh heck, that's far too advanced for me - I would not know how or where to start!0

Anyone out there able to help with the original query please?0

Do a system restore as suggested its really simple, just roll back the PC to a point just before this button went missing.
Start, Run, then type msconfig then click ok then click on Launch System Restore and follow the very simple instructions.0 -
Click Start - Help and Support. Under 'Pick a task', click Undo changes to your computer with System Restore.Loobeylou wrote:Oh heck, that's far too advanced for me - I would not know how or where to start!
Help and Support is one of the useful features of XP which people should use in the first instance.0 -
Many thanks for the last two posts - Mr Chips - you came to my rescue again - how wonderful that there are people like you two to help out ... and ... it worked! Many thanks again.0
