Dear BT Rep

I left BT on the 15th of August.

Today i reveive my ebill, thank you for being prompt with that.

I go to view my ebill, being the final one, i want to pay it and know we are done.

Only i no longer have an account to view online.

So i don't know how much my bill is..

I have reply'd to the ebilling@bt.com email that i can't view the bill.
But just incase no one read it.

So that there are no misunderstandings, and knowning i have been lied to and ripped off in the past year by bt.

I am publically asking you to send me a paperbill. I don't want to talk to anyone over the phone, i don't want to give bank details over the phone, just would like a paper bill so i have proof i have paid the final bill.

Many thanks
GNU

AFAIAA, BT always send a final paper bill (frequently to the customer's old address if they ceased their account because they were moving - and that results in the final bill not being paid and in DCAs chasing outstanding bills years later).
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

Hopefully they will send me a bill, rather than a nasty you havent paid letter......

Wonders if the BT rep is around to confirm this....

I haven't moved so that can't be used as an excuse with either party.
