Private Renting Issue

Hello
I've privately rented my home for 7 years , I've been on benefits for the last two years and in that time have had to claim DLA and I'm on long term ESA. My landlord has been threatening me with repossession for the last 18 months each time my rent goes in the red. Rent is 550 a month of which i have to pay 156 a month.
I'm in the blue with the rent now but she has issues with the drains, in my contract it says that i have to make sure the drains are clear. Which I do. But every year the same time they block up, and up till now I have paid for them to be cleared, this year however I couldnt afford to get anyone out and the estate agent used their people then they invoiced me. I said there must be a problem with the drain if it happens the same time every year, and that i should be able to use normal everyday toilet 'products' and it not to block so therefore I wasnt paying it as to me its a structural issue, Am I right?
Also the house is surrounded by two large gardens at the front and back with tall hedges, I am now classed as disabled and i cant do this work, I've been ripped off once already by a gardener and I cant afford to get another one as the cheapest quote was £350!!
Is there anyway I can help with this as she is now saying she can repossess on the fact that I havent done the gardens as they should be etc????
This is stressing me out big time!!! and not making my illness any better. I would love to move but I cant afford to do that either
TIA

Can you confirm if you are in Eng/Wales or Scotland?
Have you signed any new tenancy agreements during the 7 years or are you on a rolling periodic tenancy?0 -
I'm in England
and its a rolling tenancy now it was a yearly one that I had to sign up to 3 years ago and the landlord changed it
