Avast blocking malicious url

which is very nice of it and all that but I'm getting warnings pretty constantly.
I can see the file it's giving but can't figure out how to get rid of it and whether it'd muck something up if I did.
Malwarebytes scan shows no infections, same with a full Avast scan. Spybot picked up 2 trojans - Win.32.Muollo & Win.32.Agentws plus some other stuff so I fixed them and they don't show up now. I'm now 2 1/4 hours into an Ad-Aware scan with no objects found so far.
Any help/ideas appreciated. I've attached Malwarebytes log and Hijack This log. And the Ad-Aware scan is still going, I think I'll leave it going and toddle off to sleep!

EDIT: I've highlighted a bit of the Hijack This log in purple as this is the file the Avast warning refers to.

On reboot should be able delete the C:\Documents and Settings\al\Local Settings\Application Data\xpcfg80 folder

Best not to be running two antivirus programs (CIS and Avast) together, I'd just pick one.

CIS? Comodo I'm presuming. As that is a firewall would that be a problem running with Avast?

If it's just the firewall it'll be fine, but if it's the full Comodo Internet Security then no. Any ideas how the infection got through the firewall?

malicious url or file - an avast boot time scan might cure it if nothing else does, also do a full scan with malwarebytes.

too much security software has a significant impact on performance, that log is a bit bloaty
