    Orange CS told me that in most cases provided an applicant's name and address can be verified electronically against the electoral roll no further proofs of identity will be required. I was also told that Orange randomly selects applicants to submit identity documents. However, I cannot help feeling that postcode - and maybe other factors - will play a significant part in determining whether or not someone is required to do this. But of course - I could be quite wrong ;).
