Architect, surveyor and /or builder?

Listings are imposed nationally, but you can get anyone with Listed building knowledge to advise you, whether that's and architect, surveyor, planner or even builders (if they have the experience in dealing with the local authority on such matters). The advantage of having someone local is that they can visit the site and give a truly informed opinion.0 -
