Driving Experience booked with Last Minute

I purchased a driving experience for 3 persons via credit card at Lastminute at a cost of £390.

They are acting as booking agents for a company called Acorne. Acorn in turn supplies vouchers which you then use for your driving experience with a third company that actually own the cars called Vision Motorsports.

Now I cannot have the driving experience that I paid for as all the days seem to be very limited and are fully booked.

These vouchers also have a time limit and so will be forfeited if they are not used.
Given that all the days are booked Acorne have offered a ‘cheaper’ experience as an alternative. This I do not want and have asked for a refund but have been refused.

So a couple of things really.

  • It seems like the vouchers are being oversold, ie there are more vouchers out there than availability.
  • What are best suggestions for getting a refund.

Many thanks
