£12000 floating around - where to save it? please help!

My mini cash ISA is full for this year (until March when I will plonk £3000 in it)...I have a current account for all my comings and goings, but thats got a fair whack of money in it because I dont know where best to save it?
I can happily trickle in £500 + £250 per month (£6000 over 2 years) into a regular savers account...but because my outgoings are small(for 2 years at least)...i think I will still have £12k + knocking around......(will open LLoyds TSB 8% reg saver)
Can you have more than one regular saver? or where else do you suggest I stash the cash until i buy a house? (poss. 2 years time)

You can indeed have more than one, I do.
