Hi room, would like some advice on this situation please.
22 days ago I paid £97 via paypal for a horse racing system.
On payment I received via my email address a link to accesses the racing system.
A prominent part of the sales pitch for the system was a "no quibble " guarantee so after looking at the system and deciding it was not for me I emailed the vendor requesting a refund of my £97.Next day I had a email from vendor stating that he would "sort this out".
to date despite sending two more requests for refund I have received nothing.
How do I stand with paypal for this and if they cannot help does anyone have any ideas please .
Thank you all for reading

I don't think that Paypal will do much to help.
As the goods were supplied via an e-mail link there won't be any form of buyer protection as this doesn't apply for non tangible goods.
If you can't get a refund from the seller then depending on how your paypal account was funded you could contact your card issuer to request a chargeback if a credit or debit card was used.0 -
I have not asked pay pal yet but I will do and also i will try my bank as i fund my pay pal account via my DEBIT card .
To be truthful I think already that I have been had but I wont go without a fight ..so i need lots of ammunition .0 -
Be careful if you do this Paypal are not keen on people who chargeback and have been known to close peoles accounts due to this.I have not asked pay pal yet but I will do and also i will try my bank as i fund my pay pal account via my DEBIT card .

Shaun is correct you have no buyer protection from paypal as the items are intangible'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
